What one credit gets you
Every service runs on the same credits, so you can shift between video, design, and writing as the quarter changes.

- Pieces round up to the next whole credit. A 30-second video is 2 credits. An 8-slide deck is 4 credits.
- Each video is delivered in one format: 16:9, 9:16, or 1:1. A new aspect ratio is a new video and uses new credits.
- Exact cuts of a finished video are free. Send the timestamps, and we'll cut shorter pieces in the same aspect ratio. Any new layout or design work uses new credits.
- Product imagery: setting up a new product or scene uses 4 credits, once.
How plans work
- Term
- One-quarter minimum. After that, either side can cancel with one month's written notice.
- Turnaround
- Expect three business days per request, with up to three creative requests running at once.
- Unused credits
- They roll over one quarter.
- Brand system
- Setup is included in every plan.
Unlimited revisions, in writing
We revise as many times as you need within what you approved. Send feedback in writing, as one consolidated list per round. A new direction, such as a new concept, angle, or brief, uses new credits.

Questions about pricing
What counts as a credit?+
One credit is 15 seconds of finished animation. Video rounds up by length, so 16 to 30 seconds uses two credits. Design and writing have their own credit sizes, listed in the table above.
Can we split a credit?+
No. Each piece uses at least one credit, and each video is delivered in one format: 16:9, 9:16, or 1:1.
What if we want a video in another aspect ratio?+
A new aspect ratio counts as a new video and uses new credits. For example, a vertical version of a 16:9 explainer is its own piece.
Are cutdowns free?+
Exact cuts are. If you have a finished video and send the timestamps you want, we'll cut those shorter pieces in the same aspect ratio for free. Any new layout or design work uses new credits.
Is there a script or storyboard?+
No. You approve a short brief, and we go straight to a first cut. Then we revise within the brief as much as you need, in writing.
What if we need more credits in a quarter?+
Add credits at your plan's rate: $250 on Starter, $220 on Growth, or $190 on Scale.
Can we cancel?+
